This sites' focus is on one thing, Workout Routines That Work. Not just workout routines for a few people, but really great workouts that will work for everybody.
There are two things I’m passionate about, one is sports and the other is working out. I workout so I can play sports better of course, but to be honest, looking really good because of all that hard work I’ve done sure does feel good too. Anyway, that’s what I do, and what I’ve done all my life. Since I first picked up weights over 20 years ago, my goal has been to have complete mastery over everything to do with training and exercise.
MY WORKOUT PHILOSOPHY:
QUALITY...NOT QUANTITY
What does that mean? Essentially it comes down to these things:
1. Use the most effective exercises for your fitness goal.
2. Perform those exercises correctly.
3. Make the most efficient use of your time.
4. Work hard.
5. Progression - keep raising your goals/weights/etc.
