Create your own circuit training routines right here, right now. I’ve made an online spreadsheet that will help you easily create your own individualized circuit training workout in minutes, using the online spreadsheet below. How great is that?
Before I created this spreadsheet, I was writing each of my circuit training routines down every times I worked out. I figured, since I’m so good at Excel, why not create a simple spreadsheet to do it instead. You just gotta love Excel for making printable workout routines.
It’s just so much more convenient and easier to read than hand writing in a notebook. Which, let’s face it, can get pretty sloppy when you’re more concerned with working out than writing down the workout you need to do.
Anyway, you can check out the Circuit Training Routines Creator below. I’ve preloaded it with one of my favorite circuit training routines already for your convenience. I hope you try my workout and I hope you get a lot of use out of the circuit training routines creator.

Using The Circuit Training Routines Creator:
1. From the Exercises drop down list, choose your upper and lower body exercises.
2. From the Exercise Interval list, choose the amount of time you will perform that exercise.
3. From the Rest Interval list, choose the amount of time you will rest between each exercise.
4. Press the print button to print and start using your circuit training routines right away.
5. Record the number of reps completed on the printed workout for each exercise as you perform them. The Circuit Training Routines Creator sheet is your training log.
PROGRESSION: Always strive to improve every time you train. Either try to do more reps, increase weight, or decrease your Rest Interval. Constant improvement and progress should be your goal.
TRAINING DAYS: 1 DAY ON, 1-2 DAYS OFF, REPEAT
***Always warmup and stretch prior to every workout routine to help prevent injury and prime your body for maximal effort and efficiency.***
A Few Circuit Training Routine Ideas:
1.Create a bodyweight circuit training workout: Just choose all bodyweight exercises from the drop down list of exercises in the Circuit Training Routines Creator.
2.Create a fat burning circuit training workout: Simply increase the Exercise Interval and decrease the Rest Interval from the drop down lists in the Circuit Training Routines Creator.
3.Create a muscle building circuit: Choose heavier weights, lower reps to failure, no Exercise Interval and choose more Rest Interval time. (E.g. Use heavy weights for 8-12 reps, no Exercise Interval (Work to muscle failure.), 120 seconds Rest Interval. First circuit through, use lighter weights to warmup. Second circuit through, use work set weights for 8-12 reps.)
4.Forget about the Exercise Interval: Leave it blank and just go to failure on each exercise.
Final Thoughts
You can create pretty much any circuit training workout you want with the Circuit Training Routines Creator. The drop down list has many exercises listed, however, if the exercise you want isn’t there, simply choose the blank space in the list, print off the spreadsheet and write in your own exercise. Too easy.
