Do you have the ultimate workout plans? Post them here, in the Free Workout Routines Post page! It’s a great way to share what’s working for you and perhaps learn a thing or two from someone else.

Let me start things off by posting my 2 favorite workout routines. These 2 workouts compromise about 90% of my routines and I use them every week:

1. The first of my workouts is my circuit training routine. I love this style of training, and so does my workout partner, who just so happens to be my son.

We both like it because it’s hard (painfully hard…but it’s a good pain), the intensity is high and we can do it in about 45 minutes.

2. The second of my workout routines is my bodybuilding/strength training workout. This one is a bit lower intensity and works on building Superman-like muscularity and strength. I like this one for obvious reasons. One, to look like a Greek hero, and two, to be as strong and powerful as one too.
