  • Don’t warm-up or stretch and I can almost guarantee that you will get injured and put a serious damper on your fat loss goals. It takes a lot of mental toughness to be consistent when working out, but it takes even more when you injure yourself while training. Start warming up and stretching prior to your workouts, it’ll be one of the best things you can do for your training. Don’t do it and all I can say is, I warned you.

    III. FAT BURNING WORKOUT

  • This is the real secret of how to burn body fat fast. Choose the wrong fat loss program and you’ll likely be losing fat slowly or hardly at all. Now, there's nothing wrong with losing fat slowly, but I thought you wanted to lose fat quick?

    The best way to burn fat is as follows: High intensity interval training that increases your metabolism and builds some muscle, progressive overload, short duration workouts, good exercise form, and to adopt a never quit attitude.

    Be mentally tough and be willing to do the things normal people won’t/can’t do and you will be turning heads everywhere you go.

    IV. NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTS
