Do you know the best workout exercises that will give you the greatest results? How about the best workout routines for each bodypart?
The official take on the topic of exercise selection is that its individual and dependent on your goals, body type, anatomy, etc. Do you agree with that or do you find that just a bit too politically correct and wishy washy. You know what I say, I say forget that. I’m going to lay out the best exercises for each body part in order to develop quality, strong and shapely muscle…period.
Just like the classic paintings of the renaissance and the gods of greek mythology, the calves, abs and delts draw the eye to their X shaped structure. Strong powerful calves signify speed. Chiseled abdominals signify lean muscularity. Wide shoulders top off the classic physique. Next time you find yourself at the beach, see if your eyes don’t automatically gravitate to those bodyparts naturally. There’s a reason why.
COMPLETE THE FOUNDATION:
Add these other workout exercises and routines to complete the foundation to your new powerful and fit body.
Butt: This glute workout will put the BAM! back in your butt!
Now you’ll want to be put all these workout exercises together, won’t you? You bet you will. Then you can design your own workout. After all, it’s my goal to teach you so much about training and workout routines that you could be your own personal trainer.
There is one other piece of advice I would like to stress about workout routines in general, especially if you play sports:
Don't neglect any body parts!
If you do, your foundation may crumble. Meaning, you’ll be more prone to injury if you neglect body parts because of the imbalances created in your body structure. This is one tip I wish I would have learned when I started training.
