I'm going to state the obvious here, but workout routines for women are not mens workout routines. Yes, I know, I do have a knack for the obvious don’t I? But, saying that, there is one big aspect of mens workouts which is exactly what women need to get the results they want.

What’s that? Building muscle, of course. It's the one aspect of mens workout routines that most women overlook for fear of getting too bulky or muscular. No need to worry ladies, you just don't have the genetic makeup to get over muscled.

Testosterone is what's responsible for building big muscle in men. They have lots, you don't. You do, however, have enough to build lean, shapely, sexy muscle.

Women are different from men in the way they approach working out. Their minds focus on very different things.

  • For guys to look and to compliment them on their toned arms, thigh, flat stomach, awesome butt.

    Workout routines for women need to be geared towards what a woman wants, what's most important to them. So how does a girl get what she wants in a workout?
